Jr. UI/UX Designer

We're hiring a Jr. UI/UX Designer to design screens, flows and prototypes in Figma, for an enthusiast who takes pride in interfaces that just make sense. (Also relevant if you're a product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or Visual Designer)


Role Overview

Design screens, components and user flows for web apps and SaaS platforms used by professionals across Western markets. You’ll work under senior designers, turn product requirements into usable interfaces and learn how real design systems get built and shipped.

We care more about ability, curiosity and hunger than years of experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Design screens, components and flows, covering edge cases and states
  • Build wireframes and prototypes to test ideas early
  • Work within the design system and keep files handoff ready
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to ship designs that hold up in build
  • Take feedback fast and defend decisions with reasoning


Skills

  • UX, UI and Interaction Design

3. Leaves

Brandsquare Limited operates an Unlimited Paid Time Off policy.


3.1 Unlimited Paid Time Off

At Brandsquare Limited, time off has no annual cap. We trust our teammates to own their work and to take the time they need to rest, recharge and live fully outside of work.

Unlimited PTO is fully paid. Approved time off does not reduce your monthly compensation, allowances, benefits or statutory leave balance.


3.2 Statutory Leaves

In addition to Unlimited PTO, teammates receive all leave entitlements under the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006, including casual, sick, earned, maternity and festival leave, from their date of eligibility under the Act. Statutory leave is not subject to the conditions above. Earned Leave continues to accrue and remains eligible for encashment as required by law.
