What Is Unlimited PTO?
Unlimited PTO means there is no fixed yearly cap on the paid days off you can take. You do not earn leave day by day, and you do not lose it at the end of the year. When you need time off, you plan it with your lead and take it.
At Brandsquare, unlimited PTO comes on top of every leave you are entitled to under the Bangladesh Labour Act. Your casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and public holidays all stay exactly as they are. Unlimited PTO is an addition, not a replacement.
Who Can Use Unlimited PTO?
Every full time teammate at Brandsquare becomes eligible once they complete probation. Your first 3 months are your probation period. During probation, you still receive all statutory leaves. After probation, unlimited PTO opens up for you.
How Does It Work Day to Day?
The process is simple:
- Plan ahead. Tell your lead when you want time off as early as you can.
- Cover your work. Make sure your tasks, deadlines and client commitments are handed over or scheduled around your time away.
- Get approval and go. Once your lead approves, your time off is logged in our internal system and you are free to step away.
There is no paperwork maze and no need to justify why you need a break. A family trip, a personal matter or a few days to reset all count.
