AI is moving from a tool you open to a system that works beside you. The people who learn to direct it now will lead the teams of the next decade.
We serve clients in healthcare, finance, legal and real estate, and AI runs through everything we do. We started this bootcamp to train people who can direct these systems, judge their work and own the result.
This is not a classroom. You come to the office every day and work on projects like a member of the team. We teach you as you go and show you exactly how to improve.
You don’t pay us. We pay you, and we cover every AI tool you need.

How Each Cohort Works

Every person in the cohort gets a mentor, a desk in our office and access to the same tools our team uses with clients. Mentors work with you one on one every week, so we only open as many seats as our team can mentor properly.

Seats are limited in every track. We review the waitlist before each cohort and offer seats to the people we believe will do the work well.

Learn the Work
We teach you the AI tools, the systems we run on and how to judge AI output. You start working on projects with close guidance.
Month 2
Do the Work
You take on more projects with less help. Your mentor reviews your work and raises the standard as you improve.
Month 3
Own the Work
You handle projects with confidence and take responsibility for the results.

You present your best work to the founders and department leads. Strong performers are considered for permanent roles.

Who Should Apply
Your CV matters less to us than how you learn and how you handle feedback.
Students, recent graduates, dropouts and career switchers can all apply.
This is a full time bootcamp. You will work in our office 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday to Thursday, for three months, just like our team. It cannot be done alongside a job or a full class schedule. Seats are limited, so before you join the waitlist, be sure you can commit to the full three months.
